Product Quality

All of our products are checked for quality prior to posting them out to you. We use dye-sublimation, with heat process, for printing and pressing onto our products and colours may vary slightly to what you see on screen. We cannot match colours to exact specifications.


All of our products are made to order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, as the product cannot be resold. Orders can be cancelled by email within 4 hours of placing the order. We delay production for 4 hours to allow you time to change your mind and/or rectify mistakes. Once the order has been printed, the purchase cannot be cancelled.


If your item arrives damaged, please provide a photograph, clearly showing the damage, for insurance purposes.
(Do not return the broken item to us). Once we receive the photograph, we will happily send you a replacement item at no cost to yourselves. We will also pay for the postage in this instance.


If you require text on your gift, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide correctly spelt wording to print on our products. Please check that you have spelt everything correctly as we cannot rectify mistakes once the product has been printed.


All our gift items are made to order and ready to be shipped within 3 working days (usually sooner).


The options below are available at the point of ordering.

UK shipping options are: Standard 1st Class and Special Delivery (Tracked)
Rest of the world options are: International Standard and International Tracked and Signed.

Please note, International delivery can take a long time and we cannot accept any responsibility for delays made by the courier (Royal Mail). If your item doesn’t arrive within 25 days, please contact us and we will see if we can help.
Tracking of your order is at additional cost and this information is only provided, if tracking is opted for at the checkout stage.
